Good Day
hey all, i have to say i had a good day today. I had about 600 cals.. I was on the treadmill for an hour today, I am cutting back on the food each day.. I am feeling pretty good ever since I started back to my diet and since I have came on this site.. I feel good and it is great having you guys to talk to and have support.. today was pretty good
I wasnt really hungry today, but had to eat a little got a headache.. had class today was busy with homework didnt get to hit the treadmill today but I will tomorrow for sure.. tired am hitting the bed |

Well its friday, and today wasn't such a good day. food today: bowl of cereal toast water all day 1 diet coke 1 hot dog for lunch with a banana dinner 1 hot dog water for the rest of the night exercise treadmill 30 mins gota finish my homework I feel like a failure, I am trying hard not to eat.. how do people ween them selves off of food?? Height: 5'9 Weight: 230 Desire weight: 180 food today, bowl cereal breakfast break: apple lunch: diet coke hot dog no bread dinner: hot dog no bread water all day exercise: walked at work & 40 mins on tread mill This is gota get better.. Current Mood: depressedCurrent Music: none |
